The European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is pleased to share the final version of the Regional Scout Plan 2019-2022 – Action Plan including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
As per the Progress Update provided in January 2020 (cf. Regional Circular 02 2020), the All Groups Meeting led to the development of a detailed Regional Scout Plan – Action Plan with dedicated KPIs for each Chapter and identified area of work and development.
Each team of the Operational Framework 2019-2022 reflected upon the defined goals and projected their key milestones and deliverables. Throughout this process, the Monitoring & Evaluation Team supported the development of measurable KPIs, ensuring on the same occasion a level of alignment.
Similarly to the Goals, KPIs and Action Plan were integrated into the Regional Scout Plan outline for all Member Organizations to consult. Moving forward, this will become instrumental in the consistent monitoring and reporting system which is being designed to facilitate smooth follow-up of the progress achieved.
We take this opportunity to congratulate all the selected regional volunteers for setting ambitious plans and particularly thank the Coordinating Team and Monitoring & Evaluation Team for the amazing work accomplished so far.
