As announced after the most recent European Scout Conference in Split in 2019 (and, subsequently, in Regional Circular 23 2019 and Regional Circular 32 2019 pertaining to the Operational Framework) this triennium sees a continuous recruitment process for volunteers in an effort to create a more flexible approach to the teams in charge of delivering the actions of the Regional Scout Plan, while benefiting from concrete timelines and deliverables.
As the summer of 2020 was an important deadline for a number of tasks related to the Regional Scout Plan 2019-2022 and given the impact of the COVID pandemic, which called for significant changes in the nature and timing of events, a number of new opportunities for volunteering with the Region have materialised at the same time.
Through this circular we would like to promote this continuous open call concept and take this opportunity to facilitate the specific recruitment of volunteers for a series of projects scheduled to start later this year and the beginning of the next.
