The European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is pleased to share with you its reviewed list of upcoming events for the years 2021-2022.
As per the June 2021 Update (cf. Regional Circular 9 2021), the European Scout Committee and the World Scout Bureau Europe Support Centre assessed the viability of the events scheduled to take place in the remaining months of this year:
- We are pleased to inform you that the Youth Advocate Training 2021 will take place as planned. The event will be held in Brussels, Belgium and the programme will start in the morning of Thursday, 9 December 2021 and will finish on Sunday, 12 December 2021. For more details, please check the Call for Participants (cf. annex B).
- The Communications Forum and the Regional Sustainability Forumwere postponed.
- Concerning the Educational Methods’ Forum, the online part was cancelled; however, the face-to-face event will go ahead as foreseen early next year.
We realise that these regular updates and changes in our Regional Events Calendar may bring challenges to your own planning but hope that your Organisation will still manage to benefit from the different opportunities.
