The European Scout Region is pleased to share with you the Report of the 23rd European Scout Conference which took place earlier this year in Split, Croatia. All adopted resolutions are available in Annex 1 of the Report. We are also happy to provide you with the Regional Scout Plan 2019-2022 as amended and approved by the Conference.
