The European Regions of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), are pleased to share with you the Report of the 16th European Scout Conference which took place earlier this year in Split, Croatia. All adopted recommendations are available in Annex 1 of the Report.
We are also happy to provide you with the Memorandum of Understanding for the Strategic Partnership between WAGGGS and WOSM at European level as amended and approved by the Conference.
