The European Regions of WOSM and WAGGGS are looking for a number of Peer Mentors for The Academy 2020.
If you can positively replay to the following question, then do not hesitate to signal your interest for this position:
- Are you familiar with the mentoring approach?
- Have you facilitated team discussions?
- Can you find questions to trigger deeper reflection?
- Can you facilitate a productive evaluation?
- Can you be an active listener?
Either you are doing that professionally or voluntarily, we would love to have you as a peer mentor at the Academy 2020.
