Save The Date Overture Diversity Network Online Meeting 2020

Just when you need it most, there are competing priorities that mean inclusion and diversity are getting lost in our organisations’ need to survive.

Overture is a European network dedicated to diversity in Scouting and Guiding, an informal network of those who are working on diversity issues in their respective associations. It is a forum for sharing good practice across the region and encourages the creation and promotion of toolkits, resources and ideas to support local and national Associations.

The Steering Group of the European Regional Overture Diversity Network has the pleasure of announcing the next meeting of the Overture Diversity Network will be hold online on the 5th of December 2020.

Programme – the event will take place from 10am to 7.30pm CET and will include presentations from both WAGGGS and WOSM on current priorities and specific work streams, as well as slots on mental health and wellbeing and “coping with COVID-19”. Next steps and further meetings in 2021 will also be on the agenda.

Registration – As with many events move online, we are able to engage with a wider audience of Diversity actors across our Member Organisations. Are you part of your national diversity and inclusion team? Have you tried to improve knowledge and practise in certain inclusion topics? Do you have best practise to share? We invite you all to join us and impact how we continue to work support Diversity within the European Region.
