Over the past months, Scouts all across the European Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) and the World showed that Scouting never stops. With ongoing regulations and lockdowns, we adapted to changes, implemented new programmes and encouraged our youth and adult members to continue working together for a better world.
For our Scouts to continue creating a better world means to provide them with great Scouting experiences. Even in uncertain times, the Member Organizations of the European Scout Region continued to create and implement new ways to deliver Scouting and worked on internal and external processes. Scouting truly never stops.
