Dear friends,
We invite Member Organisations (MOs) and/or National Scout Organizations (NSOs) to present a bid to host the International Commissioners’ (IC) Forum 2024. The event will take place from 5 to 8 December 2024 and the expected number of participants is 120- 150.
The IC Forum is a networking event that happens every Triennium and offers the opportunity to ICs to create connections and prepare before the Regional Conferences.
Applications to host should ideally be made jointly by the Member Organisation (MO – member of WAGGGS) and the National Scout Organization (NSO – member of WOSM) of the country. In the case of several associations, the federation(s) must submit the application. It is possible that the Forum may be hosted by a country that does not have member organisations in both WAGGGS and WOSM.
Attached to this communication are the guidelines for organising the IC Forum with the logistical requirements. To submit a bid, complete the online questionnaire before the deadline of 18 February.
The European Committees of WAGGGS and WOSM will review the applications and select the host country during the March 2024 Joint Committee Meeting.
