This call is addressed to the MOs of the Eligible countries of the Erasmus + programme.
Roverway 2024 is taking place in Norway from July 22nd to August 1st, 2024. Guides and Scouts of Norway, WAGGGS and WOSM are working hard together to deliver a relevant and exciting international event to Rovers and Rangers from all over Europe.
In order to contribute to the success of the event and at the same time seize the opportunity to provide a meaningful learning experience to young adult leaders, WAGGGS is planning several activities. Please find a detailed description of the activities at the end of this document.
To increase the financial capacity of the Europe Region WAGGGS (ERW) to deliver these activities we are applying for an Erasmus + (E+) grant. E+ is a programme of the European Commission – one of the European Union institutions.
This message provides you with information on the Erasmus+ project application for the Roverway activities in 2024-2025 to which your Member Organisation / Component Association can be partner. To be able to be a partner in this project, please check carefully the rules below and follow all the steps described. Should we have more applicants than partners that we can add to the grant application, selection will be done on the strength of your application. Applicants that are not included as partners will have the possibility to be involved as associates, which will be communicated via email.
The application will be submitted at the European level by the WAGGGS Brussels office.
