Further to the Regional Circular 37 2018, the European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is pleased to share with you important considerations for the upcoming extraordinary meeting of the European Scout Conference (EO-ESC).
For the EO-ESC, the current Constitution of the European Scout Region will be used, as amended at the European Scout Conference in 2016 and approved by the World Scout Committee in September 2016.
