DESCRIPTION:The 7th European Network meeting for National Rover Commissioners\nThe 4th European Network meeting for National Ventures Commissioners \nThis event is a great opportunity for all National Commissioners on Venture Scouts and Rover age sections (or members\nof their respective national teams) to meet and exchange knowledge\, experiences\, add contacts and build\nbridges for future international collaborations. \nThe purpose of this event is to connect European Scout organisations to inspire\, motivate and share\nexperiences to improve Rovering and Venturing. \nThe objectives are:\n• to foster international peer-to-peer communication and networking amongst national\ncommissioners for the Venture Scout and Rover age sections;\n• to provide a learning opportunity on current educational tools and trends from inside and outside\nthe movement;\n• to provide inspiration for creative programme design. \nThe programme for the event will focus on issues in relation to four main areas:\n• Youth empowerment\n• Community involvement\n• Responsible volunteering\n• Skills recognition\n• Quality and relevance of the programme\n• Non-formal education\n• Identifying challenges in definition and delivery of programme\n• Action plans\n• Leadership and team management\n• Wellbeing\n• Self-development\n• WOSM Leadership Model\n• Diversity and Inclusion\n• Gender equality\n• Mobility of youth\n• Actively welcoming communities\nThere are also opportunities for participants to propose topics and themes and ample time for networking\n(of course\, including a fantastic International Evening and Market)\, forging partnerships and sharing best\npractices. \n  \nFurther Information and Contact \nFull details can be found in the Call for Participants document (PDF) \, including a link to the registration form. \nPlease note this is available in English only. \nIf you have any questions regarding the events\, please do not hesitate to contact the Planning Team\nthrough Radu Stinghe\, rstinghe@scout.org \n
